Very quiet apartment, comfortable enough for 4 people. Convenient check-in hours.

No lock in the bathroom door.

Good location . Very clean. We had a lovely stay.

Air conditioning is needed.

Not as expected

Only 1 very flat pillow/person even though there are 2 pillows on the pictures. No spare pillows in the property. We asked as soon as we arrived (4pm) where the other pillows were as on the pictures it shows that there are two pillows/bed. We were told that there are no more pillows, and that they’ll bring more pillows on Monday. We just couldn’t get comfortable and had the worst night’s sleep. It didn’t help that we were woken at 5:30am by outside noise, a slamming door and bright sunlight - the east facing huge French windows were not even covered by the curtains and the curtains were far too thin to keep the light out. Sunshine is lovely but you expect adequate window coverings because most people don’t want to be woken up at 5:30am on holiday… The tiles in the shower had dried blood on and some white dry, flaky residue, both of which came off by cleaning. We booked for 4 nights but left after the first night. Despite what the owner says, the shower door was was in good order when we left. It was certainly not broken. Also, they have only refunded half of the money we paid for the stay, we booked for 4 nights and stayed only for 1 night, due to the above-described issues. Sad really because it could be a nice place, if the owner would actually provide what their pictures show, get the place cleaned properly and invest in descent room darkening shades to ensure that guests can have a good night’s sleep.
