How warm and comfortable it is

The access road was a little hard to get through because it was wet and un paved

Great cabin but really no view for the price. The ice maker was broken and no tv’s in bedrooms.

Property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Loft area was perfect spot for my daughters. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the light cooking that we did. Location was great. Close to Gatlinburg but far enough away to be removed from the hustle. Hot tub and fire pit were a hit with everyone.

Gas grill was not in working order. Seemed to be out of gas and the igniter switch was broken. Was going to grill one night but luckily I checked the grill before heading to the grocery store.

Loved the location. It was great and very close to everything. The cabin is very new and well maintained. Kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook.

There were a couple of things that were undesirable but not necessarily a deal-breaker. I thought the home had a gas fireplace and the owner said it was, but it was clearly electric and didn’t really have a cabin feel. I wish there were TV’s in the bedrooms - the only two are in the two living rooms. The road/driveway to get in needs some work - part of it is gravel, part sand, and some asphalt. It’s a little rough to access. Other than that, it was a great property.

Everything perfect!

The hostess are very nice, explain everything very clearly before our arrival. The cabin was very clean, everything looked new and cozy; it has everything not only for adults to be comfortable but also for children (plates, cups, spoons, feeding table, stairs fences…) the beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. It’s very close to town.

Cleanliness and cooking wear. Only issues was the heating and air units took forever to heat up the living room area.
