Πολύ καλό σημείο, ανάμεσα στο κέντρο της πόλης και στον μύλο των ξωτικών σε μικρή απόσταση και από τα 2 με τα πόδια (5-7 λεπτά) και με ησυχία. Ζεστό καινούριο διαμέρισμα με ενδοδαπέδια θέρμανση (μέγιστη επιτρεπόμενη θερμοκρασία στον θερμοστάτη 23 βαθμοί που είναι αρκετή βέβαια), άφθονο ζεστό νερό, ποιοτικά έπιπλα και πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, παρέχεται 1 θέση πάρκιν (πολύ απαραίτητο για την περιοχή αυτή), 2 μπάνια με παράθυρα (το ένα wc), δυνατό πιστολάκι μαλλιών, σύγχρονη ντουιζέρα, η κουζίνα αυτάρκης με εσπρεσιέρα και πολλές κάψουλες.

Σε διαμονή 3 βραδιών δεν υπήρξε αλλαγή πετσετών, αν και δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο, για 300€ την βραδιά είναι κάτι που θα το περίμενα
