Royal Capital Thermal & Spa Hotel

The location was good, the hotel was nice and clean. The shower was amazing. The best part was that it provided value for money.

The breakfast was good and occurred on the seventh floor of the hotel, with a view over the whole city. The staff was overall nice and helpful. I really liked that the elevator played relaxing music while you had to wait for the elevator.

Our hotel room was exactly like in the pictures. In my opinion, the interior design of the hotel room was quite old-fashioned and could have been updated. We needed to ask specifically for WiFi access data at the reception desk. The WiFi access data wasn't written down somewhere in the hotel room, and we also didn't receive it from the reception desk during our check-in.

The personnel working in the hotel is extremely kind, helpful and professional. We originally made a mistake with our reservation and they worked with us to fix it, even upgraded our room! The hotel is extremely clean and elegant and situated in a nice neighborhood - not far away from the bazaar.
