Property is spacious and well equipped for daily life, w wifi, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, cooking equipment etc. Beds were comfortable and showers were great in temp and pressure settings. Love the secured parking and the convenience of the supermarket just next door.

Careful not to have too many electrical appliances on all at the same time. We had the living room ac, room ac, and the oven working and the electricity went out. The oven and the microwave together also couldn’t work together. The fuse box was outside the apartment, downstairs outside the building. So a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great!

Casa ChiaLu was a beautiful apartment with every facility available. 15 minute walk into the Centro Storico.

Management Team disorganised. 6 hour avoidable delay to get into property. 21 day rental but a charge of 40 euros for a weekly clean was required. No change of sheets or towels throughout our rental. Not acceptable.

The apartment was amazing, new, very well equipped. It was walking distance to a nice beach. We spent a great time in Monopoli and surrounding area. We can recommend this place for a holiday. Everything was great!

Extremely comfortable apartment. Very modern and furnished like a home, rather than a vacation rental. Well equipped kitchen with a great supply of equipment, pots, dishes etc. In addition there is a washing machine. 500 m from the beach. A large, modern supermarket across the street. Only a short walk away from the historic town center. Ample free parking.
