Nana Resort Kaeng Krachan

The room was nice apart from dirty jets in the jacuzzi. There is a lot of work going on at the resort but overall was a good experience. The river side restaurant and cafe was perfect.

The swimming pools didn’t look inviting and the breakfast wasn’t great.

I come with family, we wanted to enjoy the pool in our swimming clothes we were ready to to take off the t-shirt , but the restaurant staff said need to rent the swimming suit from there shop, it’s so crazy so we decided to check out and go another place where we feel welcome & not to bother by anyone. Restaurant staff need to clear the room service, the food was laying inside room until next day we come back from trip the food smell was all over the room, at last I need to pick the food and keep it outside, we do call the staff, but the staff is not focused to clearing the room service they just clean empty plates and leave the old food behind. They need to understand the feeling of the customer and act like wise. Not satisfied with the stay. I hope they will learn.

The location is right next to the river, which is fantastic for keeping cool and having fun. The staff at the restaurant and bar area were very helpful, even though it was a busy weekend. We were also given a room upgrade as they were no rooms available with a double bed.

Quiet location with comfortable spacious rooms and a nice cafe resp. restaurant directly at the river. Staff super friendly. Great escape from the hectic of the city.

Great location and very friendly staff.

This is not a resort. It is a children’s camp with a few bungalows situated in between. It is a nightmare for anyone looking for rest and nature. We had about a hundred children running and screaming with flashlights through our area and on our terrace path until 11pm. After a perfect day in the national park, this was a terrible contrast to come back to. We would never recommend it for anyone looking for a genuine nature experience on the doorstep of one of the most unique parks in Southeast Asia. A real shame. *(I am unable to post videos we took but they are available on request for anyone doubting on whether or not I am exaggerating).

Room was spacious with closet and refrigerator, good internet, comfortable bed.

Shower drain was clogged so we had to change rooms. Staff was late picking us up (we had to be driven to our car in the carpark).
