We were met by the host on-site immediately upon arrival

Only downsides were that the room was fairly cold with no obvious way to increase the heating, and there was no fridge in the room.

"Excellent Location in the Centre of Ulverston"

Good location within easy reach of all amenities. Were able to check in early at no extra cost even though the official checking was 15:00. Owner was very friendly and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. Room was clean and well appointed and big enough for a couple. Bathroom has a bath top as well as an overhead shower. Complimentary tea/biscuits and mineral water was provided. We will definitely stay here again when travelling to Ulverston.
