Very secure. Sign in process at reception was good and also, being met by someone from the team who was looking after us the entire time was great. Having extra security with the code and the keys for the apartment was great.

The TV was available but we had to log in with our own Netflix account as the one that was allocated did not allow us to watch anything. This helps when it was gloomy and cold and we stayed in one of the nights.

"Staff sucks, especially cleaners."

The location is great. The finish & furnish are modern. I love the black glossy splashback. It was my highlight.

Filthy dirty appliances. Microwave, oven, fridge trays, coffee machine filthy. Filthy dirty utensils. Pots and teaspoons. Filthy dirty blinds with soup stains. Staff: Check in process looong & complicated. Once you check in, no one knows you. I was ill and asked for a day's extension as I couldn't travel but no one bothered to assist. Anyway I went somewhere else.
