USI missed the majority of my stay because I was given the wrong door code and then once I was given the correct code; the door was a pain to get unlocked. The door had to be finagled a certain way to unlock it. I ended up having to keep the door unlocked the whole time due to the fact that I was scared I might not be able to unlock it again.

BEWe have got a door code. We had a small issue to open the door, but the guest reacted immediacy and help us.
