the roof over my head

staff not too friendly and does not give you what you need unless you hound them a half a dozen times and get bitched at every time I ask.... and by the way .. this was for sheets and towels .. I went 2 days with the power blown in all outlets in room including ceiling loght. bathroom was okay. couldn't turn on fan... or watch tv. had to get a lamp and extension cord from my storage unit because they were so I cooperative .
