• The room wasn't clean and the staff was not taking our issues seriously. • The Room was very congested. • Hotel placed in a very narrow and dark alley which is not recommended if you are travelling with your family. • The beds mattress is as hard as possible. • Room was not like as per the picture they offered dirty sofa cum bed for 3rd person. • AC takes 2-3 hours to work properly, offering local tap water and charging the price of bisleri. • There are red stains on pillows and bed sheet and staff refuse to change it. • They pull down the MCB which regulates AC and Charging socket 2-3 times a day and we have to go down and request to On it multiple times in a day. • The room was not clean at all. There is some foul smell coming from the toilet. Overall our experience is very bad. I would love to recommend this place to my enemies so that they can die there slowly.
