Convenience to my aunts house where half of the family were staying and due to size we needed a close place for me and my son to stay

The parking garage was a huge plus and also the location and the safety that you feel in the area.

We checked in into the apartment, left our staff inside the apartment and straight away left to explore the city. We came back home around 20:00 and we realised that the balcony door was broken, it couldn’t lock at all, we notified the owner and surprisingly he knew about it but never let us know about that. We also noticed later on that the bed sheets of 5(!) different beds were not changed from the previous guests, since we found man’s hair and woman’s long hair in all of them. I called the owner again and he brought in a big bag new bed sheets (just left them outside of the main door), and guess what? They were smelling nicely but we still found a lot of hair inside them. When we asked for full refund he refused to give it to us, which is unfair cause 3/5 people ended up sleeping in the couches with our jackets as blankets! Also the heat sources aren’t working. The only heating element is the AC that will take ages to heat up the whole house.
