Nice pool area, good food at the restaurant

Should be tv channels to watch but only snow storm. But we was not there to watch TV.

Wir haben mit der Familie 5 schöne Tage im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr serviceorientiert und immer freundlich. Die Pools waren angesichts der hohen Temperaturen eine tolle Erfrischung.

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein können. Obst hat leider gefehlt. Auch sollte es möglich sein Kaffee und Juice zu bekommen statt wählen zu müssen. Das WLAN war sehr instabil und sollte dringend verbessert werden.

First of all, the staff were really accommodating. Every time we have questions, they were prompt with providing the answers. Second, the rooms were really great. Initially we thought that the room is small and too compressed but it was not. It just have enough space for you to walk, the beds are big enough, and we really like the idea of having a separate shower and rest room. The food was also great, too bad that we had to eat it cold due to the conflict with our schedule. Third, the place was very nice. They have like a small seating area by the beach and we really had fun having our night talks in there. Lastly, the seaside view was really beautiful. Oh, they also have a karaoke. Too bad that we were not able to experience it because we knew it late. The mini fridge also worked properly that I even forgot my unopened soda in there, lol. Overall, the experience was really great.

It was somewhat noisy which is already expected since the place is by the road. Also, when we arrived, the WIFI was not working yet which is kinda sad, but it got fixed late afternoon. The television was a let down. Most channels do not work and they were assigned with the wrong numbers. The speaker of it is also not so good. The amenities like the shampoo was too little. We were 5 in the group but we were only given two sachets so we have to buy another one from their reception. Another downside is that the location is far from the tourist spots and convenience stores in Oslob. Though they were able to provide as transportation service (not free btw), it was still kinda a let down. Another thing is that their pool is not accessible overnight or at least until midnight. It was only until 9 PM. It would have been so much fun if it was.

I found this to be very good and my research paid off. I thought it was the best in the area. It is noisy up until 10pm and you can hear the road noise. If you are a sound sleeper it wont be a problem. The beds were comfy and the blankets kept you warm as aircon is a must. Easy to arrange transport to local activities via the hotel. The food at the restaurant was good and affordable. The ocean view was amazing and the pools were good. Staff were very kind and helpful

As mentioned and did get a little noisy when staff were going home and early in the morning. You have to be up early for the whale sharks and monkeys anyway.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The staff, location, and amenities were great and the view was beautiful! The hotel was a great spot for easy access to all sorts of excursions around the island. Definitely will stay here again and recommend for others.

Sometimes people with big speakers would come and would play their music very loud and do karaoke which could be a bit annoying. The rooms are on the smaller side so if you have a big bag prepare to struggle
