Posizione comoda per le attività ad Oslob,la vista sul mare è sicuramente il punto a favore della location

Mi dispiace scrivere queste parole ma purtroppo è giusto fare sapere agli ospiti che verranno che la pulizia giornaliera non è prevista (nonostante noi l'abbiamo chiesta) ,siamo stati tre giorni in struttura,se fossimo rimasti una settimana? La stanza era piena di formiche(al terzo giorno erano proliferate).. il punto in cui si trova l'hotel è vantaggioso sotto molto aspetti ma si trova in una strada di passaggio dove a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte passano macchine e mezzi pensanti. Il vicino allieta gli ospiti dell'hotel con la sua musica da discoteca già di buona mattina. Lo staff è strano ,alcuni ragazzi ci hanno fatto sentire indesiderati al ristorante,quando ti siedi per mangiare aspetti mezz'ora prima di avere un menù e un'altra ora per avere il cibo,il servizio è molto lento. Volevamo prendere un dolce a fine cena ma ci è stato detto alle 21.150(senza nessun preavviso) che la cucina era chiusa,nello stesso momento veniva servito il dolce al tavolo accanto! Abbiamo anche noi un locale e sappiamo Bene come funziona la cucina..il costo non vale la qualità dell'hotel. Aria condizionata rumorosa,sembrava di essere in un industria. Avevamo già pagato Tutte le notti altrimenti saremmo andati via.

Hotel był czysty i zadbany, personel bardzo pomocny oraz życzliwy, a w restauracji serwowano smaczne jedzenie w niskich cenach.

Jedynym minusem był hałas dochodzący z ulicy, który mógł nieco przeszkadzać.

The staff are extremely accommodating and always ready to assist with anything we need. They were very responsive to our requests and consistently helpful throughout our stay. Despite being a large group, they remained patient and professional at all times. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The food was also excellent — flavorful and satisfying. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The pool is good, although there are a lot of kids jumping and splashing.

This room was barely bearable! The location gets very dark at night since there is no street lighting. The water pressure was horrible, and the shower actually gave shocks when touched — wires and cables were hanging above it, which was quite scary. There’s no shower curtain, so the water floods the toilet and the whole floor. Hot water was just barely tolerable. The AC is noisy, making it hard to sleep, though it does keep you cool. The bed was really uncomfortable, so don’t expect any “resort” feeling here. Breakfast was okay — the eggs and toast were good, but the ham looked like it had been sitting out for ages The staff were helpful, especially the guy who helped with our luggage and car. Be aware that there are loads of homeless, very skinny dogs nearby — please consider buying some food and giving it to them. The food in the room was okay, but don’t expect much.
