"Wish I had stayed more than one night!"

Neil is very welcoming and kind. Room was really nice- comfortable bed, tv, plenty of space. Bathroom is spacious with a nice shower. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, lots of options.

It is only about a 10-minute walk from the town center, which isn’t that bad, but a little far when you’re carrying all of your bags with you.

"GREAT VALUE FRIENDLY B&B."

Niel’s a lovely guy who runs a comfy & cozy B&B near the centre of Palmerston North. Although not en-suite guests have sole use of the beautifully updated bathroom . Lovely continental breakfast.

Nothing to complain about at this price although it is relatively close to the main road.

"Home away from home"

Neil was a most welcome & entertaining host. We had a great time there and it was a pleasure to meet such a nice guy. Continental breakfast was excellent. Would recommend a stay with Neil & his cats in a heartbeat.

Nothing not to like about our visit. Friendly chatty host with a great place to stay. Two friendly likeable cats. Pity we couldn't stay longer.
