ZAEverything was pleasant and beautiful. So worth the drive.

No atmosphere. Weren't asked about whether we wanted to eat there, or go on game drive, or wanted drinks, etc. Was like staff was missing in action. No milk or cream for the coffee in room. Fridge was not on. Kettle was filled with brack water. We returned on day one, at 5pm and room was still in same state as when we left that morning, not cleaned or attended to. We packed and left, did not stay 2nd night that we paid for.
