Sehr hochwertiges Ferienhaus mit Pool wobei der Pool im Schatten liegt somit Vor und Nachteile hat.Die Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön . Von jeden Zimmer hat man Meerblick.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Ich hätte eventuell einen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Balkon im Obergeschoss ist sehr Groß und Einladend. Kleiner Nachteil,man muss durch das Geländer gucken wenn man sitzt. Sollten irgendwann die Sitzmöbel auf den Balkon ausgetauscht werden , könnte man über höhere Stühle nachdenken damit man über das Geländer aufs Meer schauen kann. Allerdings ist das klagen auf allerhöchsten Niveau.

The pool is amazing and the view from the top floor is unmatched!

I wish the hot water heater could sustain two showers in the same time, as we seemed to run out of hot water twice, but easy to circumvent by making sure folks don’t shower in the same time.

"Amazing villa in Lefkada"

We enjoyed the stay to Nikolas Guest House, everything was perfect. Villa is located in a quite location where you can only hear the birds in the morning 👌. Hospitality was great! The owners welcomed us with wine, cold water, fruits and deserts. Every time they were doing the cleaning, they brought us deserts also the last day we left the house. Super clean and enough space for 2 families with kids. Every room had his own bathroom and big closet. Veranda was smth to enjoy breakfast and evenings with some wine. The pool was big enough for three kids of age 12 and they were cleaning it regularly. We will highly recommend this villa and we would return there definitely!
