Luxury Ensuite Apartment with Balcony Free Parking

The location was good. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a good utilisation of space. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The king sized bed in the main bedroom was a bit too big. You couldn't walk round it to the plugs and you had to be careful getting out the other side not to catch your leg on the hot radiator. A normal doub bed would have given more space. There was no hand-wash in the kitchen - it had run out. The sinks in the bathrooms were quite small but it was a good utilisation of space. Check out was a bit rushed. I would have preferred it at 11.00 am. Both free parking spaces were taken. The multi storey car park was fairly close by and not too expensive for 24 hours.

Great location in the centre of Leamington, safe and easy to walk everywhere. Nice bed linen. Very clean.

The entrance hall to the building is off-putting. The apartment is a lot smaller than it appears on the listing. The bathrooms and kitchen are tiny (although the kitchen is well equipped), the bathroom basins are so small they’re useless. The shower water pressure isn’t very good. The living room sofa is small, it would benefit from a lovely big comfortable one.

Location is very convenient for visiting the local towns without a car. Stylish, well equipped and very clean appartment. Comfortable beds, fresh, soft bed linen & towels. Ensuite shower rooms to both bedrooms. Easy to login to the smart tv. Good communication with the host.

More comfy seating in the living room needed if there are more than 2 adults. Would benefit from a chain on the apartment door if you have an active toddler in your party. Could give some guidance for the use of storage heaters for those who haven’t encountered this type of heating. Could not locate the bins we put our rubbish in a public bin.
