"bad experience"

Very Very Very Poor response from the property

We didnt get any rooms though we reserved. The staffs said that they did not receive any request from booking.com. we have been cheated by the property as well as by the booking.com.. Very very very very bad experience with property as well as the booking.com. No response too from either side. Can you believe 24 x 7 toll free number of Booking.com is switched off.. we experienced the same. Why could not be sued for deficiency in service
