Staff from the resort was cheerful and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean, aircon was strong

- No tissue in room - Bicycle has no bell no light. Trail is rocky and most of them do not have lamps to lightup the path which is dangerous for cyclist. Asked Top up 60000idr for a bicycle with lights and said the seat can be adjusted to height. But bicycle was brought to me, my legs cannot even reach the ground. Service recovery was bad. I ended up falling twice and bruisee my legs because there wasnt any bike light to lit up my path. How dangerous with the rocky and sloppy path - No water dispenser in the resort - No dustbin in room, only toilet - the shampoo and soup bottles need to install a shelf to be placed next to the shower and not placed the bottles next the hand wash basin

Best place i ever stayer! The rooms are big and so so clean. They have a shower with hot water and good water pressure. The location is so good. Because there is no noice from the going out area. The staf is really amazing! So sweet and will do everything for you. Would recommend everyone to stay here!

New hotel with a great pool and breakfast

It would be helpful to have water refill available to minimise the plastic waste of water bottles, the cost isn’t the problem

I really loved this place. The staff was so kind and nice. Everything was so clean. The bed was so comfy and the room very spacious with AC. It was nice to have a swim in the pool at night. The location was quiet. Perfect to relax, but close to the beach. I was extending for 2 more days and wanted to add 1 more day, unfortunately it was then already fully booked. If I come back I would go there again. Amazing service, place and price/ratio.

Beautiful resort far from the mosques and the parties. It makes for relative quiet on a busy party island. You might hear some music from some restaurants nearby, but it is generally quiet. Make sure you rent a bike. It’s far to walk to most places. But this is something I enjoyed.
