The best place to stay. The owner is so approachable.

La cama es cómoda y el apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado.

El apartamento esta situado dentro del área que pertenece al resort. El interior es como se muestra en las fotos. Sin embargo, nos hemos sentido engañados porque en las instalaciones figura que el gimnasio, restaurante, piscinas… están incluidos. Da a entender que se encuentra dentro del resort. No hemos tenido ninguno de estos servicios, porque es un bloque de edificios aparte. En el caso de querer disponer de ellos había que pagar un extra, más caro todavía en fin de semana. Además, a pesar de haber avisado con semanas de antelación de nuestra hora de llegada, y confirmar que el apartamento estaba libre a esa hora, tuvimos que pagar 100php por cada hora de check in anterior a las 14:00. Creemos que es abusivo. Simplemente, es preferible ser más transparente con la descripción en el anuncio.

The apartment was nice and well equipped.

The listing contained false details, we were misled by the owner. The listing said that the apartment has a sea view, it certainly doesn't ! The listing said that there is an oven, and outdoor furniture and there is not. The listing gave photos of the resort's facilities and says use of the lagoon pool and gym- but that is for extra pay only. When we asked the owner to explain and give us compensation and she ignored us completely. However since we complained, it looks like she has changed the listing to more accurately reflect the available facilities. But we feel cheated. The condo itself is deserted and isolated, difficult to get a Grab because drivers don't want to go that far out.

Location, amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness, the whole condo. Love this place. We had a problem with the shower head, reported, and it was immediately fixed

Would be nice to have clothes airer on the balcony so we can hang out clothes to dry after washing. But we still had a relaxing time

Parking space available near the unit. Very easy booking and check in experience. Unit is very clean. I bought a day pass to access the beach and it's worth it.
