Parking area...security personnel provided responsible and helpful to us

There is no daily housekepper services provided...no slipper ..the pillows is not comfortable provide....No complementary drinks such as bottle water..packet of coffee or teas and sugars..

"poor management, can do way better"

the location was the only good thing

poor hygiene, found at least 4 big cockroaches roaming around the rooms. the towels and linen have questionable stains, unsure if its clean. told the staff re: the cockroaches and he only responded with “oh ba” not helpful.
