"Nice place to stay"

Nice holiday park with good facilities. Pool passes given. Mobiles home nice and comfy. Kitchen stocked with cutlery. Staff helpful

Issues with getting cot. Some of bookings dealt with a different provider so staff can have trouble finding out where things are and who should have sorted it.

The bar and restaurant area was good, Prices fair and staff lovely. Good atmosphere.

Needed to call in maintenance staff for plumbing issues, had to vacate earlier than usual 9.45am.

"Not perfect for our young children"

The caravan was lovely had what we needed. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and pleasant. the sister park you can have access to is lovely,

the pictures on this site show a swimming pool there is no pool !, the children's park needs some updating, the games room although small was closed due to being vandalised. With 3 young children there was nothing for them to do, we ended up using it as a base and having to fill our time off site.

"Great value for money"

The holiday home was a pleasant surprise and spacious for a holiday home. Staff were lovely and the food had great menu options and all dishes we chose were delicious. It was also great having access to the sister park which was very well setup for the kids too.

WiFi could have been better but this didn’t really bother me much.

"Great quiet getaway"

If you want a quiet break, this site is ideal. Staff really lovely too. We enjoyed it and used facilities at Ladram Bay.
