The thermal pool for women is closed, only one thermal pool for both men and women is open.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Le petit déjeuner peut être servi un peu plus tôt en été Possibilité d’une navette ou un transport de Fès pour les gens voulant venir par train Baisser un peu les prix des consommations au café

Un havre de paix, loin de tout. Très reposant.

Petit-déjeuner indigne, un choix extrêmement limité, quel dommage. Côté restaurant, plusieurs desserts, les plus intéressants, étaient indisponibles. Personnel de l’hôtel très accueillant et serviable contrairement au personnel qui se charge du côté piscine/activités, attitude à revoir pour un hotel digne de ce prestige.
