Good placed near by the Apollo theater

We came in late, no (highlighted) sign on the door and the indication (maps) was not precise. In addition nobody at the reception (the whole stay) and bad English at the phone. The room is ok but hardly worth the pay. Weak information, internet not working (potentially temporary)and on the top floor (luggage). In addition I had to pay cash on arrival....but nobody there and nobody showed up to collect.
