Freundliches Personal, gute Lage

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und das Bad teilweise rostig. Der Hotelname passt leider nicht zum Hotel.

"Pleasant stay . A good base to explore Anuradhapura ."

Room was comfortable , nicely decorated quiet with great A/C , WiFi , tv etc. and hot water in shower . Friendly Romeo as front staff , very good communication throughout via email or text. Hotel sent tuk tuk to pick us up from station for free. Breakfast is good value and has choice of Indian or western menu.

Pool looks really good but it’s shallow - 5 feet deep. Staff were refreshing the wall with paint but did not use signage by the stairs so we got paint stain on our clothes . Hotel did not cater for laundry service not even outsourcing .

"Fijn hotel met zwembad"

Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam. Lekker zwembad, prima kamers- niet al te groot, maar met een fijn bed en een warme douche. Heerlijk ontbijt.

The employees were friendly. Especially Romeo…. The pool was nice!

The breakfast could be a bit better…… it was not bad but just could be better. More variety. The sausage and potato were really not needed….

Niet te spreken over het hotel. Vieze kamer, grote schimmelplek in de badkamer, gat in de muur waardoor grote kakkerlak in de badkamer zat. Handdoeken op de grond waren viezig. Kamer gedateerd. Bij ons liep de wasbak en toilet niet door waardoor een mannetje moest komen. Zwembad is gedateerd en bedden daarbij ook. Frontdesk was wel zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en wilde ons met alles helpen.

El desayuno continental de muy buena calidad. La piscina y en entorno del hotel están muy bien. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Sin problemas con el agua caliente. El personal muy atento e intentan ayudar en todo momento.

Nosotros reservamos 2 habitaciones y una quizás necesitaba una limpieza más profunda. La habitación tenía un jacuzzi pero estaba totalmente sucia e inutilizable. Una pena.
