Oké hotel voor één nachtje om de tempels te bezoeken maar niet voor langer verblijf. Personeel doet zijn best maar faciliteiten wel wat verouderd. Ontbijt was oké.

Op basis van de reviews geboekt en daarmee waren onze verwachtingen iets te hoog. Kamers waren niet schoon en in de badkamer rook je soms wat lijkt op rioollucht. Het zwembad was lekker maar ook niet zo schoon als je zou willen.

El recepcionista super amable, encantador y servicial para cualquier consulta y recomendación. Cama cómoda. Sábanas y toallas muy buen olor. Parking para vehículos.

Las paredes de todo el complejo en general necesitan una mano de pintura. Están muy sucias y eso da peor pinta al hotel porque da la impresión de estar sucio, cuando en realidad cuidan bastante la limpieza.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. De locatie is goed en het heeft een vrij groot zwembad.

Qua onderhoud en schoonmaak kunnen ze een groot verschil maken. En we kregen alleen een laken op het bed, wat beetje koud is als je de airco aan wilt ( en dat wil je).

We stayed two nights recently. The hotel offers reasonable value accommodation in Anurhadnapura , in a great location with super helpful and friendly staff (particularly Romeo). The hotel also can help organise a tuk tuk around all of the sights in Arurhadnpura . The owner is very knowledgeable about the site and history and very kindly provided sarrongs to cover our knees whilst visting the temples..There is a lovely pool and a simple breakfast offered.

The hotel is starting to show its age a bit and some areas could do with a refresh. I believe the owner has plans for this and expanding the hotel with a restaurant and ayurvedic centre. The wifi was problematic requiring constant vouchers and logins multiple times over course of the day. Some extra day beds by the pool as insufficient for all guests.

Romeo the host was super awesome

The pool is superclean and cute with a lot of plants around it. You get pool towels from the hotel. It’s a pity that the sun beds are old and always in the sun. So there’s no shade next to the pool at any time of the day.

The sky bar on top of the building is not used despite the nice location of it. The place is a bit sterile and lacks the Sri Lankan easy going.
