The ambiance, the friendliness, location. Picture perfect.

The food available through the cafe was bland and overpriced. The rooms had not enough lighting available. Needed more lighting, natural or artificial. The washroom had no bulbs, no way to use washroom at night. The toilet seats and shower area were not separated through a curtain, causing discomfort. One advice, please construct shower area and toilet area as separate units. It is a must requirement for dormitory rooms where solo travelers live in sharing.

The hostel was at a steep incline. We had few heavy luggage bags with us. It was really hard to carry them over to the property. No one came from the property to help although we had called anf asked. The bed had bed bugs. And their is no backup power supply which would have came in handy as their were. Multiple power cuts. Also their wasnt waster in the pipes in the morning
