"The best place to celebrate my birthday"

We have stayed at this hotel before & wont hesitate to stay again. This was for my birthday celebration & I loved it. The room size was great with the kitchen facilities a good addition, it was all lovely & clean & so was the grounds.

People reserving sun loungers for hours & going out on wine tours & trips out & not using them. There was no fresh jugs of drinking water left at the snack kiosk.

I really enjoyed the property, it was very clean.

I think the cleaning people could be a lot more quieter in the morning, especially if you have a downstairs unit.

"This is more Motel !"

Location was good.

I booked this place through a booking app based on the photos, which looked very nice. However, the pictures were taken from flattering angles. When I arrived, the property actually looks more like a motel than a hotel. Expensive, i would pay little more but I could stay more comfortable and fully featured hotel! They charge $50 for to see pool area!

"B minus visit A little below the A plus we were hoping for Calistoga kiddy pool"

We had a good time, the water was nice

Our door had dirty finger prints on both sides. And I killed 3 spiders in our room. The young children were a bit loud and a little wild in the pools The pool has lots of dead bugs floating on the top. Could definitely use a good skimming The last time we were there, the lights went off at 11pm, we were in the dark looking for our stuff and it was a little hazardous walking in the dark. This time we had a little warning. The man let us know it would be closing in 10 minutes It would be nice if you left a couple lights on for us to gather our things and find out way out safely The room above us were really loud, about 7am. It was a little difficult to relax with the noise

Pools are great. Very nice that there are a few different pools. Especially nice that the pools are different temps.

I was promised an ADA room and was denied. Manager was very rude and unkind. General manager promised a refund and did not deliver apart from a small amount. Booking.com also promised a refund and did not deliver.
