Price was ok.

Bathroom needs repairs - broken toilet sit, broken showet doors. The bed also need new sheets - the set we got seem old.

Great communication with owner, location (walking distance from city center and if you don't want to walk there is a tram just 50m away), quiet, parking available, air condition, spacious, plenty of space in wardrobe.

Once toilet seat and aircon's electric cable will be fixed, this apartment will be fine.
