Riad Majdoulina chez JIJI

The breakfast was very good the lady arrived an hour earlier and had everything ready for the time we had agreed.

The location was perfect. In 15 minutes we were on the main plaza. We had the Riad for the group (we had the 3 bedrooms). Nice kitchen en friendly staff.

The beda are a bit short. My boyfriend is tall en his feet did not fit inside the bed. The rest was perfect.

Good location close to the medina and nice to have whole riad to ourselves with kitchen and washing facilities

Showers had very low pressure Linen and towels were quite old and thin Rooms are small

Had difficulty locking and unlocking doors. Front door and grill especially. Recommend that the three keys given should be separately marked.

The Riad was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent. By far the best place I stayed at in Morocco.

Hard to find fault, but the sofa bed was not great, (maybe they could have a clic clac, or camp bed. The showerheads seemed cheap when compared to the rest of the fittings.

Excellent location inside the medina, everything was within a short walk's distance. Good restaurants and bars just next door, as well as a lovely co-working space. The interior was fantastic, we truly enjoyed the center courtyard / community space as well as the dining area on the rooftop. The three rooms have three different types of beds so everyone can find one suited for their back :) The property was spotless and well maintained, and surprisingly quiet, despite being near the market and a mosque and having an open air roof design.

The only thing we did not like was the gentleman who handed the keys over to us upon arrival. He tried to sell us EVERYTHING. Camel rides, argan oil, quad treks, 4x4 desert tours, taxi rides, guided tours, private car with a chauffeur, even tried to pull the old "buy this antique Berber carpet just for $$$, you can sell it for 4x $$$ at home" trick. This made us very uncomfortable, we repeatedly said no thank you, but he was quite persistent and became visibly agitated. After getting the keys he lingered around for another 10-15 minutes before leaving us. I understand you have to make a living from the tourism but please don't be so pushy.
