"Very Good"

Great location for Botanic Gardens and to our family who we had come to visit. It was quiet too.

There are 3 codes to get in which caused some confusion as one of the codes was incorrect from the information. We had a couple of issues but the hosts are very responsive and it all got sorted! My advice is to write the codes down ahead of time!

"Extremely comfortable. Owners thought of everything. After 8 weeks of travelling it was one of our best stats."

Had everything. Well equipped kitchen, access to Netflix, lovely bathrooms with great water pressure and heat, lots of little extras (shampoo, conditioner, gel, plants which made it very homely). Great washing machine/dryer. Large main bedroom. Location was fabulous. Easy walking distance to city centre but quiet.

Squeaky floor in bedroom but trivial considering what we got.

"An excellent stay in Belfast"

We considered ourselves so lucky to have found Belfast Quarters - Botanica. The location was great - a lovely walk through the Botanical Gardens to Queens University and there is a Hop on Hop off bus stop as well as lots of local buses. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and felt like a peaceful home. We felt secure as it is a gated block and there was plenty of easy parking. The communication with Shannon was excellent and no questions was left unanswered.

Nothing really. One tiny thing was the noisy fan in the second bathroom.
