Welcoming and Helpful staff. Checked on us periodically and helped immediately. Gave us a tour of the premises. Loved it

we rented a Villa with several bedrooms for ourselves. we came to the house where the lady waited for us and it turned out it was a guesthouse that was advertised as a Villa and in the house were several rooms. one big room with a bathroom was rented out to 4 guys, even if there was a closed gate to our part, it was never mentioned in the ad that we would not be on our own. complete wrong impression of what we booked and what we got. the house and the pool need serious renovations. In the kitchen is no possibility to even boil water when there is loadshedding as there is only electrical waterborne, electrical oven and electrical cooking plates. due to the for us unexpected other guests on the site we could not spent the evenings with loadshedding in the house

We simply loved everything the space we had the silence and the tranquility of the property itself just the kind of family break away we needed.
