Sijainti oli erinomainen lähellä rantaa, ostoskatua ja vanhan osan kujia. Yleinen parkkipaika vieressä. Pedit olivat hyvät nukkua. Tilava viidelle hengelle. Vaikka talo on ulkopuolelta vanha ja ränsistynyt, huoneisto on erittäin siisti ja moderni.

Ruokailuastioiden määrä oli niukka, veitset olivat tosi tylsät eikä niillä saanut leipää leikattua, tiskikoneeseen ei ollut yhtään nappia pesuainetta.
