This great hotel is situated near Goryokaku Fort, opposite a tram which takes you straight to the station and harbour area. There is also another tram stop around the corner. There are restaurants, a Family Mart steps away and a 7-11. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the restaurant area is huge, so no congestion at breakfast. Breakfast itself is absolutely amazing, the best we’ve had in Japan. The rooms are comfortable, the wifi works well and the check in and out times are very civilised. There are also onsens available which were nice according to others, but I have tattoos so couldn’t enter. This is a really wonderful place to stay
