The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was not very clean and needs better maintenance.

The staffs are so polite and cooperative. They didnt made us wait for an extra minute even when we did a very late booking.

The property appears to be significantly aged and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue, with visible signs of wear and tear throughout. Garbage was present in common areas and the room itself was not clean, contradicting the images displayed online, which appear to be misleading. The overall condition of the hotel suggests a very low-budget establishment that has not been adequately cared for. I had booked a four-night stay and, after seeing the condition of the room and hotel, attempted to cancel. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Furthermore, the booking platform's customer support was unhelpful, stating they could not process a refund without the hotel's approval, which the hotel predictably declined. This resulted in a significant financial loss. In summary, this hotel is not as advertised and exhibits unacceptable levels of cleanliness and maintenance. The booking process and subsequent support were equally frustrating.
