The location and the beautiful caravan

The caravan was beautiful and comfortable

WiFi was poor and staff onsite were rude.

The caravan was clean and well stocked with everything you need for stay. Good shower. In a good position on site. Could walk to lagoon, beach and cafe in Pagham served nice food and delivered to tables across road if you wanted to sit there.

It is on Haven site and would have liked to have been given price for site passes when we booked. Didn’t purchase them £50/adult and £25/child for 3 days was too much, also warned we may not get a slot as very busy. So we were unable to use pools, amusements or entertainment. We swam in sea instead. Shame as outdoor pool looked lovely.

Everything. The caravan was spotlessly clean, close to the on-site shop and leisure facilities yet quiet and peaceful at night. I stayed here with friends after a wedding in Chichester. We loved that the beach was close by for paddleboarding. The fish and chips shop on site. The space for parking our cars. The space and equipment and comfy beds. Everyone was so friendly who we met in the area. I would highly recommend this place and will most likely book again, I had such a perfect weekend here.

Nothing. There was no water at one point but that was an issue in Pagham and nothing to do with the owners. It got resolved before the end of the day.
