Excellent location right next to Agia Sofia Metro Station, with quick access to the city center and major attractions. The property is easy to find thanks to clear directions from the owner. There’s a supermarket right by the entrance, along with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The promenade is just a 5-minute walk away.

The room is somewhat small, and the building mostly consists of small offices and businesses. During the day, the balcony and room lack privacy due to visibility from neighboring spaces.

Μικρή διάρκεια ζεστού νερού από το μπόιλερ και μεγάλη αναμονή για ζεστό νερό για κάθε άτομο. Θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχαν περισσότερες κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες. Το πρόβλημα με την κλειδαριά που έχει γραφτεί και σε άλλες κριτικές, δεν έχει επιδιορθωθεί.

The hot water is provided by a water heater and is just enough for one person.
