Locatie excelenta, atat ca amplasare cat si ca amenajare interioara. Curatenia impecabila. Se vede ca nu este de mult pe piata si imi pare rau cand ma gandesc ca probabil, vor fi unii clienti care isi vor pune "amprenta". P.S. Locuri de parcare se gasesc contracost in parcarea hotelului Phoenicia, care este la 20m de intrarea in bloc.

Nu am aspecte care sa nu-mi fi placut.

apartamentul este foarte frumos și mare, bucătăria este bine dotata, în baie este chiar și mașina de spălat rufe, și exista și fier de călcat

termopanele nu sunt de cea mai buna calitate și se cam aude zgomotul de trafic de afara, iar senzorul de gaz este extrem de sensibil, a trebuit sa umblu de 2 ori la electrovana de pe scara pentru a reda drumu la gaz ca să am apa calda
