Location: the Parliament building is seen (across the bridge) from the next street. Tram stop to reach Pest downtown in 1 minute of walk.

First you need to enter the residence without having a code or the key, the key boxes are on the floor, not before entrance. I have nothing against it, though it would be nice if the code to enter the residence would be shared somehow in advance (it's provided on information paper inside a room)
