Everything - apartment was nice and in a good location

When we arrived, there was no communication between the owner and the front desk, making our checkin difficult. They had no idea who we were or what apartment we were renting. T Partly my issue for not following through, but it would have been helpful if the owner left a note at the front desk.

Great apartment in a bustling area of Miraflores within walking distance of most attractions. Plenty of food options, supermarkets and banks nearby. Safe apartment block and area. Juan is an attentive host who was prompt in responding to all our queries. He was very helpful in assisting us when our children became ill, and his kindness will always remembered!

A little noisy but this is to be expected in Miraflores, didn’t detract from our stay

Owner is exceptionally helpful. Property is very nice and well located with lots of cafes and shops nearby.

The property looked exactly like the pictures and was as expected when arrived.

Super clean and modern. Washer and dryer helped tremendously with drying laundry (high humidity in July, laundry doesn't dry properly). Comfy bed and blankets. Heater available for cold nights. Great location! I would book again if I visit Miraflores again.
