عدم توفر مواقف كافيه عدم وجود غرف متصله بقاعه المناسبات الخاصه بالفندق كان لازم نخرج الشارع للوصول للقاعه

نظافه المكان وقرب الموقع من كل شي وموظفات الاستقبال يستقبلون النزيل بابتسامه وتعامل جدا راقي واتمنى لو عرفت اسماءهم لذكرهم هنا

Nothing but the location

The parking spaces were small and somewhat inconvenient. Some of the staff members were not professional in their interactions. We booked a room for two guests, but only one set of amenities was provided in the room. In addition, it was difficult to reach the reception desk at night, as we had to call several times before receiving a response. On the positive side, the breakfast menu was good, and both the swimming pool and gym were clean and well-maintained. Overall, the facilities were enjoyable, but the service quality and attention to guest needs could be improved.

The food was great and the staff responsive.

Compared to other Radisson Blu hotels this one is a bit shabby and has few areas outside your room in which to hang out. In the lobby it was quite grotty and had old furniture.
