"Just another neglected apartment abroad"

The location is decent if you have a car and the parking was good. The elevators work well and there is working AC in the master and living room areas. It was also good to have a washer there.

This place is filthy and not well taken care of. There was mold in the shower, stains in the toilet & sinks, dirty kitchen cabinets (inside and out), bed sheets smelled dusty, fan in bathroom dusty, only 3 pots to use all of which were in really bad condition (toxic nonstick with cuts in it, broken handles etc). No full size mirrors or blow dryer. When I brought up the dirtiness to the host, he offered to send someone to clean after our second night 🤦🏽‍♀️ I had already cleaned and washed the sheets by then.

Es acogedor muy cómodo

Lo malo es que le falta mucha limpieza en general estantes sucios y desordenados que exista equipo de limpieza limpios por que los que habia estaba demasiado sucios percudido y con mal olor el refri estaba sucio solo tiraron las cosas de alli adentro y asi lo dejaron y tenía mal olor. Si pusieran atención a la limpieza a detalle estaría genial.

"Vale totalmente la pena quedarse en este departamento"

La ubicación demasiado bien, pues salías con facilidad y también contabas con todo lo necesario muy cerca. el departamento estaba muy cómodo en todo aspecto, fácil acceso y los vigilantes todos fueron muy amables y los vecinos no son nada ruidosos.

Pasa el Tren y su silbido se escucha demasiado fuerte, ya que las vias del tren quedan a espaldas del departamento. Pasa algunas veces durante el dia.
