"Absolutely fabulous experience"

Absolutely fabulous experience. I booked this property for a business stay and its exceeded all our expectations. The houses is just a few minuted away from the city center with plenty of free parking and CCTV surveillance, Very nice internal design and extremely helpful management.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely house. Feels like home. Nice interior, everything you need in the kitchen and lovely small conservatory. The house is in the convenient location, local shop and park are just down the road. It was a very enjoyable stay

"Stinky noisy dope!"

Cleanliness of property, host's approach and swiftness of dealing with rapid and unaccepted events

The whole house is a disaster, way too many steps up & down, the kitchen was unbearable because of the heat from the conservatory. A very, very busy and noisy place, unacceptably noisy next door neighbours & very noisy playground just across the road. All day long stinks of weed and all night long smoking marijuana next door neighbours alongside noisy talking till early morning times. Just as bad as it gets. Strongly do not recommend this place especially for the price it is offered to be rent. Only an emergency stay, very!!!

We had a great stay in this amazing stylish house. Exceptionally clean, fully equipped, massive living room with big size TV. 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre.

It was a comfortable enough property. Fairly clean and quite adequate for our stay.

The pots and pans were not clean and not all of the stove top worked and the oven did not work, some of these items appeared hazardous. Instruction manuals for this and wifi would have been left at the house and accessible. We ended up having to buy our own pots and pans! I had not realised that there was no proper garden and as it was warm, this would have been nice. Open hostility from the nearby neighbours when we arrived was rather off-putting.

"Best place for family/friends"

The house is so close to the city and easy to locate.The rooms were so clean and had locks on them.The host also recommended on places we could visit as we were there for a night out with my girls.Maxim was so helpful,he never disappoint.Would highly recommend this place.
