Appartment Enjoy Sea View

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ όμορφο, με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με ό, τι χρειάζεται. Βρίσκεται λίγο έξω από την πόλη. Με τα πόδια είναι ένας ωραίος περίπατος μεταξύ 20-30 λεπτά. Ενδιάμεσα μπορείς να σταματήσεις κάπου για καφέ. Αστικό υπάρχει τις καθημερινές κάθε μία ώρα.

The kitchen was well equiped . There was some bisquits, coffe , tea , butter and water in the refrigirator. Two nice balconies. Good beds. Close to the sea. 3 minuits walk to a bar with live greek music one nigth a week. There was also a restaurant 4 minutes away. Understaffed and expansive but good fod.

The Bathroom was not so fresh. Could need a renovation. The noise from the road was irrratable in the late evening. There is no buses nearby to get you to the town so you have to have a car or you could walk 30 minutes.

Το δωμάτιο είναι σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Έχει πολύ ωραία θέα και είναι σε απόσταση 1 λεπτού από την Κυανή Ακτή, 2 λεπτών από το λιμάνι και σε 2 λεπτά μπορείς να φύγεις από την πόλη για τις μακρινές παραλίες χωρίς να χρειαστεί να μπεις στο κέντρο της Πρέβεζας.

Υπάρχει μια έντονη μυρωδιά, όχι στο κατάλυμα, αλλά σε όλη την πόλη της Πρέβεζας, πολύ άσχημη.

L'emplacement bien situé à proximité de tout: la ville, les plages superbes, Lefkada, la promenade et des parcours pour courir.

Great position, nice flat, near the sea, with two balcony to the sea, very nice seaside, and can go in many places in Lefkada.

Locatia a fost superba, foarte aproape de mare. Apartamentul are doua balcoane, ambele cu vedere directa sau partiala la mare. Este amplasat la etajul 1, dar exista si lift! In apartament veti gasi absolut tot ce va este necesar, inclusiv masina de spalat rufe, televizorul de diagonala mai mare de 100 cm, are si chromcast, putand sa puneti fara probleme filme, muzica, documentare in lima romana de pe youtube sau alte aplicatii. Trec masini prin apropiere dar sunt foarte putine si nu deranjeaza. Plaja din fata apartmentului nu poate fi folosita decat de inotatorii experimentati. Daca doriti veti gasi in stanga si in dreapta vilei, doua plaje, cam la un km distanta, foarte frumoase cu apa curata si cu intrare lina in mare. Cam la 200 m este si o taverna, Taverna Ioani, cu mancare buna si preturi accesibile. Pana in centru cred ca sunt cam 2 km. Noi am mers aproape in fiecare seara cu masina, in Portul Preveza unde am gasit Taverne si magazine foarte bune.

I enjoyed the sea view all the time, as I also did the position and the comfort of the apartment; to begin with, it’s really easy to find it and check in, the owner is available for anything anytime. Second, the place is clean and well equipped, from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedroom. The location near the best beaches in Preveza makes it the perfect choice for a holiday of relax and also as a base to explore independently the peninsula and the city.
