Location was prime

The inconvenience of finding the entrance as there is construction happening. There is no communication anywhere, even from the host in advance that we should have used the Parking entrance even though we were not driving.

Only the location and security

The fittings and furniture was much much below standard. The lounge sofa was pathetic with no proper support, the bed and mattress was very uncomfortable. Bathroom and the whole unit was having a very bad stench when we got in and so in a nutshell the maintenance and upkeep is very bad. The facilities provided were all below standard. The saving grace was the good location and safety of the place. I was very disappointed as Bookings. Com rating showed good and that was the reason I had booked . I would appreciate if I can be refunded at least partly for this.
