Hotel Mangala Temple View

Clean rooms n bathroom.

There were molds near the window walls due to the moistness. Even the bathroom had a weird pungent smell due to non air circulation.

The room and facilities inside the room. The hotel reception and the Manager. Manager was extremely courteous and accommodating.

The restaurant. Absolutely the bad patch of the property. Breakfast was never ready on time. Dosa / Idly were served only with sambar and without chutney. Many items which were shown on the table were not available. The staffs handling needs training on F&B and hospitality in general. Nothing seems to be right with regard to the restaurant and recommend having meals from outside.

The breakfast selection was good, and the food in itself was quite tasty. The reason for selecting the hotel was its proximity to the Guruvayur temple. Another noteworthy aspect is the hotel's good level of cleanliness

It was my special Birthday. I had requested for Banana leaf feast which they arranged exclusively for me and my family. A great gesture by the Hotel staff. Thanks a lot.

Everything was ok

Despite having paid for the breakfast, the staff refused to provide it.
