Location was close to airport, Bed was comfortable

Staff communication was difficult, Could not organise us a driver or Taxi to find Dinner. No food options close by. Facilities need maintenance and Cleaning Pool unusable

"THE CHOICE HOTEL FOR EARLY FLIGHT"

I like the free airport shuttle service provided by the hotel and the elevator as well, very convenience for me At first I was reluctant to book because some of the reviews said that this two services were not provided by the hotel, but finally I did it when I call the hotel to find out.

Nothing to dislike as far as this hotel is concern, everything meet my expectation. Will stay here again the next time I come to Padang.

Location, close to airport

We were given a smokers room, there was mould on the pillow cases, cold showers, an almost empty roll of toilet paper, noisey air-conditioning unit that only worked when a handyman came out to get it working.
