The staff’s hospitality is excellent. Although not all of them are fluent in English, you can feel their genuine care to make your stay comfortable, and everyone has a wonderful smile. I stayed in a modern tent, which was very comfortable. A kettle wasn’t provided by default, but they brought one right away when I asked. It was raining heavily at one point, and they kindly brought me an umbrella. The meals were delicious Khmer cuisine.

The Khmer food is very delicious, but since the options for Western or other types of cuisine are limited, foreigners who are not fond of Khmer food might find meals a bit challenging.

Feel the natural environment and fresh air.

If could have more activities, like bike ride, rope, slide, etc.

The staff, each and every one we had contact with, were absolutely wonderful.

The location was great, the range of accommodation was good. They have a great pool and the potential to offer a lot of activities, but most were a work in progress. The staff were exceptional, although only a few spoke English, they went to great effort to accommodate us. We can fault the quality of service

The menu was quite limited, but what was served was great. There were bikes but they were not well maintained.

The people were friendly and helpful. The kiddie pool is nice and big. Since the whole place is so huge, they can arrange for a free golf car to take you from place to place, like if you stay at one of the triangle houses and want to go to the pool. There are quite a few activities to take part in.

One of the only resorts I've ever stayed at that doesn't do bacon at the breakfast buffet. In general the food is mediocre. They have a rabbit cage. We saw one rabbit trying to eat a plastic bag that got in. Even after we told two people about it, nobody bothered to take it out.

The location

It’s proximity to the National Park led us to expect peace and quiet - not constant pounding music from the pool area and certainly not Karaoke all evening by a large corporate dinner! The venue had also over booked forcing one of our party to sleep in an inadequate tent ( for which she was, at least refunded 50%.) Generally the place is poorly maintained (apart from the main admin block) and absence of basics (eg soap and loo paper) in the toilet block just made the whole experience somewhat degrading. We stayed in a “modern tent” - and suggest you don’t! A great shame, as it could have been so much better☹️

The service was really good. Khmer dishes were excellent. Very efficient room service. Great location. Excellent scenery
