The Little Fountain House

A very nice place, close to the beach. The house is small but has everything you need.

We are quite tall so the bed wasn't for us, but it's not a big problem.

Little fountain house waa so cosy inside...lovely and clean..with everything provided...decor just beautiful 😍

The location very off the track..for a solo woman ..exceptional dark...although lighting provided outside did not feel comfortable using it...would not recommend for a late month stay ..unless you have got a car and have a partner with you...

Was a little small

Excellent communication with Louise, the owner. Comfortable bed, bathroom small but with a good-sized shower, large TV (with Netflix!), parking. Location suited my needs perfectly, 10-15 minute walk to beach/local shops/restaurant

Could do with more lighting from the car to the annex. I had to use the torch on my phone to see where I was going!

It was clean, well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. Lovely walk through the park to town.

The bed settee was uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be good. We couldn't have one decent shower, even though we put water heater on well in advance, it ran cold after a couple of minutes. All windows and door didn't shut very well. No bedside cabinet. 2 fold up chairs were put behind the drop leaf table against the wall. And by the side were 2 big garden chairs. Given how small the place is this it made it very difficult to sit at table. We ended up putting the garden chairs by fridge and pushing the table up against the wall then put one chair by side and other in front. Think dishwasher and garden chairs are unnecessary. We did sit outside for half hour, but the garden was a bit scruffy and there was stagnant water in the fountain feature. This really isn't an apartment, it's very much like a garden sunhouse we used to have. Maybe ideal for a single person, but for a couple it was just too small. No where to put anything, we didn't bother unpacking our bags.
